Sound is a profound form of vibrational energy and connection, with powerful healing properties. Associated with the Throat Chakra, (known as the area of purification through sound), we know that every sound we produce carries a vibrational quality – representative of communication, self-expression and speaking your truth.
Likewise, the sounds we listen to and FEEL can transform our vibration, which is why dance and movement to sound is such a powerful combination of receiving and emoting in response.
Crystal bowl therapy is a transformational and therapeutic form of sound healing, allowing the body to receive true tone vibrational resonance that sounds at frequencies aligned with the chakras. I play Crystal Tones Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls™ in my group events, and in my individual treatments to enhance the results.
